All parts are warrantied to be free from manufacturing defect. All parts claiming to be defective must be returned with a Return Authorization number which can be obtained from your sales rep for inspection with a written explanation of how they were installed and used. Liability is limited to the replacement of parts only and no claim for labor or damages will be accepted. Except for such replacement, no liability or warranty will be accepted for misuse, negligence or abuse causing damage, defect, injury or loss.
All claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery. All original packaging must be kept for inspection by the shipping company.
